Will you be adding any sauces? New or Old?

At King's Cupboard, we aim to expand our collection with a couple of new flavors annually. We highly value customer feedback and use your suggestions to help guide our R&D process. Because we handle everything from flavor development to custom labeling, new releases do take time to perfect.

We have two new flavors scheduled for release in 2026. Subscribe to our email list or follow us on social media for official launch dates and announcements.

Are your sauces vegan or gluten free?

Gluten-Free & Dairy-Based: All our sauces are gluten-free. Please note that they contain dairy and are not a vegan-friendly product.

What are your allergens?

All of our products contain Milk.

Regarding other allergens, we occasionally process ingredients that may have been produced on equipment shared with Soy. To ensure the highest level of safety and purity, we perform comprehensive cleaning and diagnostic testing after these production runs. This verifies that our lines are free of soy traces before we begin manufacturing our sauces.

Are your products nut free and processed in a nut-free facility?

100% Nut-Free Facility: All of our products are nut-free. We do not process peanuts or tree nuts within our facility, ensuring no risk of cross-contamination.

Are your sauces Kosher certified?

Yes all of our sauces are Kosher certified. You can see our Kosher certificate on our Resources page.

Are your sauces organic?

We are proud to include organic selections in our lineup. Our Organic Caramel and Organic Hot Fudge are crafted with the same premium standards as our classic sauces and are available in our online store.

How long are your sauces good for?

  • Jarred Sauces and Apple Dipping Pails: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
  • All Other Pails: 1 year from the date of manufacture.

To maintain the best quality and flavor, we recommend refrigerating all products after opening.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

What is your shipping fee?

Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48): We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.75 on most orders. Enjoy Free Shipping on orders over $50.

Bulk Pails: Please note that bulk pails are excluded from flat rate and free shipping offers. Shipping for these items is calculated based on total weight and destination.

AK, HI, & U.S. Territories: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are subject to a $45 flat rate fee and are not eligible for free shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Daily Cutoff: Orders placed by 12:00 PM MST are eligible for same-day shipping. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be processed the following business day.
  • Carrier & Origin: We ship via UPS directly from our facility in Red Lodge, MT.
  • Transit Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

How do you ship my order?

We take great care in preparing your order for transit. Our glass jars are individually cushioned in bubble wrap and secured with high-quality packing paper to ensure they arrive safely. For our bulk pails, we use heavy-duty, custom-fit boxes designed specifically to secure the pails without the need for additional wrapping.

How do I know if my seal is popped?

Every jar features a safety button (the small indentation in the center of the lid) that should be firm and slightly concave. If the button "pops" or makes a clicking sound when pressed, the vacuum seal has been compromised. This can occur due to rough handling during transit or may indicate tampering. For your safety, we do not recommend consuming the product if the seal is not intact.

What do I do if the seal is popped on my jar?

If you find that a lid has "popped" or the seal is compromised, please contact us immediately at 800-962-6555 or email info@kingscupboard.com. We will gladly send a replacement jar right away. If possible, please include a photo of the lid and the packaging; this helps our quality control team and our shipping carriers better understand how to prevent transit damage in the future.

What do I do if my product arrives broken?

We do our best to package every order with care, but accidents can happen during transit. If you receive a damaged or broken jar, please contact us immediately at 800-962-6555 or info@kingscupboard.com. We will be happy to ship a replacement to you at no additional cost. If possible, please include a photo of the damaged item and its packaging; this allows us to improve our shipping methods and file a claim with the carrier.

Do you do bulk or wholesale?

At King's Cupboard, we specialize in "clean label" bulk solutions for the food industry. Our sauces are available in pails, drums, and totes, with formulations specifically designed for use as ice cream variegates, baking inclusions, or professional toppings.

Whether you need a single 10 lb pail for your shop or a full pallet for a manufacturing facility, we can help. Smaller bulk orders (up to 4 pails) can be placed online, while custom iterations and wholesale accounts are managed by our team at 1-800-962-6555.

Do you do private label?
