  • What are the qualifications for wholesale?

    • To become a wholesale customer with King's Cupboard you need to confirm that you are a business or company operating in the food or retail industry and meet the minimum order quantity.

  • What is the minimum order?

    • The minimum order must meet $100.00 (not including shipping)

  • What are your terms?

    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

    • If you prefer credit, please call 1(800) 962-6555 or e-mail info@kingscupboard.com to request an application. 

    • Terms are NET-15 DAYS upon approval of at least three references. Credit approval can take up to 3 weeks to complete depending on your reference's response time. 

  • What are shipping costs and transit times?

    • All shipments originate from our processing facility in Red Lodge, Montana.

    • Small parcel shipment rates are determined by our UPS software using package weight, location, number of packages, and service speed.

      • Normal shipping is UPS-Ground.

      • In stock items ship within 2 business days of receiving an order during most of the year.

    • LTL-Freight rates are determined by pallet qty, weight, and shipment location. 

      • Please feel free to contact us for rate quotes. 

  • Do you offer samples?

    • If you are interested testing product please contact us. 

    • Upon request, we do offer one free item per two cases ordered, for demos or promotionals. 

  • Are your products Natural? What other labels do you carry?

    • All our sauces are OU-Kosher certified by the Orthodox Union.

    • All our sauces are Gluten-Free per FDA regulations.

    • Our organic sauce options are Certified USDA Organic by the Montana Department of Agriculture, and are Non-GMO Verified by the Non-GMO Project. (NGPV)

    • Our products do not contain preservatives, emulsifiers, artificial colors or flavors, and are trans-fat free.

    • Our products are made only from clean, simple ingredients

    • We have a selection of organic and Non-GMO Project Verified products.
