Food Safety

The King’s Cupboard is a GFSI facility dedicated to the production of high quality, safe and wholesome foods.  The following food safety measures are part of our standard food safety practices:

  • Annual external third party BRC (British Retail Consortium) audits by AIB. Three consecutive Grade “AA” Ratings.
  • Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System.
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
  • Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, shipping and receiving operations. 
  • Our facility is operated to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
