Will you be adding any sauces? New or Old?
Our goal is to add a couple different flavors every year. We love to hear our customer's suggestions. New flavor's do take some time because we have to have labels made as well as conduct research and development. Please subscribe to our email or add us on social media to be kept up to date.
Are your sauces vegan or gluten free?
All of our sauces are gluten free but they are not vegan.
What are your allergens?
All our products contain Milk.
We do also on occasion work with a product that may be produced on the same line as Soy products. We do test after this product to be sure that our product line has no traces of Soy.
Are your products nut free and processed in a nut-free facility?
All our products are nut free and we do not process products that contain nuts in our facility.
Are your sauces Kosher certified?
Yes all of our sauces are Kosher certified. You can see our Kosher certificate on our Resources page.
Are your sauces organic?
We currently have two organic products on our website. They are Organic Caramel and Organic Hot Fudge.
How long are your sauces good for?
Our jarred sauces have a 2 year shelf life. Pails and pouches have a 1 year shelf life. We do recommend refrigerating all products after opening.
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
What is your shipping fee?
To the lowers 48 states and all put pails we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.75 and free shipping over $100. Our bulk pails are not eligible for free shipping and are based on shipping weight and will vary depending on the amount purchased.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other territories not in the lower 48 states there is a flat rate shipping of 45$ and these orders are not available for free shipping.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation
email. Orders ship out Monday-Friday with a cutoff time for same-day shipping at 12pm MST. For example, if you order after 12pm Friday your order will be shipped out Monday. Shipping transit time will vary. We typically use UPS and are located in Red Lodge MT.
How do you ship my order?
Our sauces come in glass jars. We make sure to wrap the jars in bubble wrap and use packing paper. Our pails do not have bubble wrap and are shipped in boxes made to fit the pails.
How do I know if my seal is popped?
The seal on the jar is the small round indentation on the center of the lid. If it is "popped" it will make a clicking noise and be easy to press. If the seal is popped this means that the lid did not seal correctly. This can happen if a box is dropped causing a seal to pop. It can also be an indication of tampering. For this reason we do not recommend using the jar.
What do I do if the seal is popped on my jar?
If the seal is popped we request you give us a call at 800-962-6555 or send an email to info@kingscupboard.com to notify us. We will then send a replacement jar. If possible it is requested that you take a picture to send to us.

WHOLESALE
Do you do bulk or wholesale?
We pack our caramel and chocolate sauces in bulk sizes including 5-pound, 10-pound, and 50-pound plastic pails as well as in 55-gallon drums. Our bulk products are used by ice cream manufacturers as variegates, in commercial bakeries as ingredients and toppings, and in ice cream shops as toppings. Our bulk products come in a variety of flavors and consistency iterations tailored to specific applications. We offer pallet and larger shipments for foodservice/food manufacturing or ice cream manufacturing applications. Currently we are offering these four 10 pound pails and our 5 lb Apple Dipping Caramel online. For our online retail customers we do have a max of four pails per order. We are interested in having your sauces in our store. How do we go about setting this up?
We have our sauces in many stores across the United States. We do offer wholesale pricing on bulk jars, pouches, and pails. Our jars come in 12 jar cases. Our pails come in 2 pail cases.
