The King’s Cupboard is dedicated to the production of high quality, safe and wholesome foods.  The following food safety measures are part of our standard food safety practices

*  Annual external third party audits by BRC (British Retail Consortium). Three consecutive Grade “A” Ratings.

*  Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System.

*  Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

*  Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, shipping and receiving operations. 

*  Our facility is operated to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
