Food Safety


The King’s Cupboard is dedicated to the production of high quality, safe and wholesome foods through the application of the principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) System, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production, packaging, shipping and receiving operations. Our facility is operated to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.

As a result of our commitment to food safety, The King’s Cupboard has received consecutive Superior Ratings from AIB International following onsite food safety audits as well as the highest possible Cooke and Thurber audit rating.
